JP James

JP James is the Chairman & CEO of Hive Financial Assets (HFA), a microfinance consumer lending fund designed to excel in volatile markets. Under his leadership, HFA has consistently delivered over 12% annual returns, managing $100M+ in assets since 2017.

An accomplished entrepreneur, JP also scaled Libreum International LLC into a global consulting firm with over 150 clients spanning industries like FinTech, SaaS, and manufacturing. Previously, as Partner at Lending Science DM Inc., he drove a 750% revenue increase and over 1,000% valuation growth within 18 months through strategic acquisitions and business automation.

JP is an expert in finance and technology, holding a U.S. patent on machine learning in loan processing. He co-authored Data Analytics: Effective Methods for Presenting Results and has lectured at Georgia Tech on Quantitative Computational Finance since 2006. Recently, he joined the National War College to teach advanced AI and quantum computing applications.

A dedicated philanthropist, JP co-founded TiE Atlanta Angels, enabling 54 investments since 2017, and serves on the boards of the Himalayan Children’s Charity and the Association for the Recovery of Children.
