Catherine C. Grant, MSPAS, PA-C, DFAAPA
Catherine Grant is a visionary entrepreneur, seasoned operator, and healthcare expert with two decades of experience imagining what is possible and building the systems, teams, and cultures to make it real. She is the Founder of ExperCARE Health, an award-winning, on-demand healthcare organization she took from idea to scaled platform and led as CEO for 16 years, growing it into a multi-state, leading regional healthcare provider.
In the 18 months preceding her transition to the board, Grant led a period of rapid expansion, scaling ExperCARE from four to 13 locations across Georgia and Alabama. During this time, she grew the organization from approximately 50 employees to more than 300, drove roughly 200 percent revenue growth while maintaining strong profitability, and expanded the company beyond traditional urgent care and occupational health to include on-demand preventative and primary care services.
Grant is known for her ability to see around corners and architect growth at inflection points, bridging clinical insight with business execution and aligning strategy, people, and operating systems to scale effectively in complex, highly regulated environments. Her leadership integrates operational discipline with a deep commitment to people, quality, and culture, ensuring organizations grow without sacrificing what matters most.
Today, Grant invests in, advises, and mentors founders and executive teams across healthcare and growth-stage businesses. She serves as a healthcare strategist, leadership architect, and culture builder, helping organizations clarify vision, design resilient operating models, and translate strategy into execution. Her current work focuses on the convergence of AI, data, and longevity science as a pathway to shift healthcare from reactive disease care to proactive, personalized health optimization.
Grant is deeply committed to continuous learning, community impact, and leaving people and systems better than she found them. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of the Coastal Empire and is a Trustee of the Urgent Care Foundation. She has led record-setting fundraising efforts for causes including Alzheimer’s research and childhood cancer and is known for building organizations that give back alongside driving performance.
